Restaurant Michael Schwartz also offers poolside and bar service, boxed beach lunches and a selection of in-room dining items seven days a week. Menus are updated daily with fresh, seasonal ingredients from the chef’s favorite farmers, ranchers and fishermen.

Honored with the prestigious James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: South in 2010, Michael Schwartz is recognized by his peers and the diners who flock to The Genuine Hospitality Group of restaurants for his commitment to community and responsible, seasonal food sourcing.

According to the chef, the secret to good food is… good food. Menus change daily because they start with what’s in season and arrives from nearby farmers, fishermen, and ranchers. From there, it’s about letting the ingredients speak for themselves when they hit the table, from whole roasted fish and house-cured heritage meats to colorful salads and a great burger.
